What other talents do you have?
I am a good teacher – I get my students to work hard and have fun doing it because I respect and admire their hard work. I'm good with people. I'm dedicated and goal oriented.
If you couldn't dance, which talent would you most like to have?
I've never pictured myself doing anything else, but if I couldn't dance, I could sing so I could still be in the same atmosphere.
If you don't make it on the show, what will you do?
Go home, finish getting my business degree and continue to pursue my dance career.

Favorite male dancer?
Brendan King is in MOVIN' OUT and I used to take workshops from him. Gene Kelly will always be in my heart, too.
Favorite female dancer?
Janet Jackson. I know she's known for her singing more, but I love the way she moves and her choreography is sick.
What has been your proudest moment in life so far?
It was a comment at a dance studio. One of the mothers of a dance student told me she hopes her daughter grows up to be like me.
Most embarrassing moment?
My cousin and I met some boys on the beach when I was younger and we went to clean off at the outside showers and I completely ate the floor on the wet floor. It wouldn't have been so bad, but they didn't laugh. They just stopped and stared and said, "That sucks."
What would people be surprised to learn about you?
I love disco music.
Do you have any lucky charms?
My necklace is lucky – it says believe. My bracelet is lucky – it says follow your dreams. But, I don't depend on them; they just remind me.
Who are your heroes in life?
My mom and dad because they were there for me every waking moment of my life. They supported , but never pushed and they never missed a single show. They are dying because they can't be in LA right now.
What's been your toughest obstacle in life?
High School was tough. My senior year I had a hard time fitting and finding things in common with people.
If you win, who will you thank first?
I've known for so long. My mom, dad, brother and Granny. I have the best family in the world. They are my biggest fans and love me no matter what. Then, I would thank Dolores McHenry and Jamie Dain and all the people at the studio where I grew up.
